Where We Deliver
We currently deliver across Pakistan, covering all major cities and most towns through our trusted courier partners.
Delivery Time

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location or unforeseen courier delays.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll share your tracking details via SMS or email so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
Cash on Delivery
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.
If you're paying by COD, we kindly request that you keep the payment ready when your parcel arrives.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the parcel cannot be delivered after these attempts due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address, it will be returned to us.
If you'd still like the order, we'll be happy to ship it again. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Please note: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled while it's in transit. If you no longer wish to receive your order, you may refuse the parcel at the time of delivery. Shipping charges for returned parcels are non-refundable.
