1. Brand will not promote your code.
Your code is yours, and promoting it to your audience is your side of the deal, that's what the commission pays for. We don't promote creator codes to our own audience; our followers are how we make our own sales, and sending them to a code would mean paying commission on customers we brought ourselves. We may reshare your content on our page or stories, because good content deserves reach, when we do, the code will normally be covered or cropped out, and you'll always be credited and tagged. If you'd rather we didn't reshare your content on those terms, say so and we won't reshare it at all. Either choice is completely fine; we'd just rather you know now than find out later. 

2. Who can join?
Anyone 18 or over with a public social account and content that fits wellness, food, fitness or lifestyle. No follower restrictions. We approve or decline within 48 hours and we don't have to give a reason.

3. Your code and link
On approval you get a personal discount code and a tracking link. They're yours alone. Sharing them with another creator to post ends your membership.

4. What you earn?
10%, 12% or 15% of the product subtotal after discount, depending on your tier, plus 2 percentage points on orders the customer pays online. Commission is never paid on delivery charges, taxes or gift cards.

5. When it's earned
Commission is earned when an order is delivered and paid for, and stays locked for 7 days after delivery in case of a return. Orders that are cancelled, refused at the door, returned or sent back to us earn nothing.

6. When you're paid?
Everything that locks in a calendar month is paid between the 5th and 7th of the following month. Core-tier creators are paid on the 5th and 20th.

7. Minimum payout
Rs 1,500. Anything below carries over to the next month. Your first ever payout is sent regardless of amount.

8. How you're paid?
Bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, to an account in your own name. We can't send to a third party's account.

9. Your tax is yours
You're responsible for declaring your own income. If tax law requires us to withhold at source, we will, and we'll give you the deduction details.

10. Say it's a paid link
Use the paid partnership label or write #ad, and mention that you earn from your code. Honesty costs you nothing and protects both of us.

11. What you may not claim
Never say our products cure, treat or prevent any illness, or promise a specific medical result. Health products are regulated in Pakistan and unapproved claims are our licence and your account on the line. The approved list is on the next page and it's not optional.

12. No coupon sites
Don't post your code to deal sites, cashback sites, coupon groups or aggregators. Codes found there are cancelled and commissions on them are voided.

13. Don't impersonate us
No accounts, pages or handles that look like an official Better You account. Don't reply to comments as if you're the brand.

14. Sales periods
Your code won't stack with sitewide sales and may be paused during them. We'll tell you the dates in advance.

15. Fraud checks
We may hold a payout while we check unusual activity, and we'll tell you why. Holds are resolved within one payout cycle.

16. Keep launches quiet
Anything we share before it's public, new products, prices, campaign dates stays between us until we announce it.

17. Changing the program
We can change rates, tiers or terms with 15 days' notice by email or WhatsApp. Commission already earned is never reduced retroactively.

18. Leaving
Either of us can end this at any time. If you leave, everything already earned is still paid on the normal schedule. If we end it for a breach of clauses 10 to 14, unpaid commission may be withheld.
